Superintendent Evaluation
According to Section 1073.1 of the Pennsylvania School Code, superintendents must be evaluated via an annual performance review using objective performance standards. The evaluation results are posted by year at the bottom of this page.

The Millcreek Township School Board met on Monday, August 18, 2025, to assess the Superintendent for the prior year (2024-2025). The Millcreek Township Board of School Directors determined that Dr. John Cavanagh received the rating of "Outstanding" for the 2024-2025 school year.

The Millcreek Township School Board met on Monday, August 19, 2024, to assess the Superintendent for the prior year (2023-2024). The Millcreek Township Board of School Directors determined that Dr. John Cavanagh received the rating of "Outstanding" for the 2023-2024 school year.

The Millcreek Township School District School Board met on Monday, August 28, 2023, to assess the Superintendent for the prior year (2022-2023). The Millcreek Township Board of School Directors determined that Dr. Ian Roberts received the rating of "Meets Expectations" for the 2022-2023 school year.

The Millcreek Township School District School Board met on Monday, August 9, 2021, to assess the Assistant Superintendent and Superintendent for the prior year. The Superintendent of Schools received the "meets expectations" ranking. The Assistant Superintendent of Schools received the ranking of "meets expectations" as well.
